Cricket South Africa (CSA) named the Proteas Women squad that will represent South Africa at the upcoming ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025, taking place from 30 September – 02 November in India.
Annerie Dercksen of Garden Route Badgers forms part of the 15-player squad captained by Laura Wolvaardt, and includes the experienced quartet of Chloé Tryon, Marizanne Kapp, Ayabonga Khaka and Suné Luus.

The Proteas Women will get their tournament underway against England on 03 October, followed by encounters against New Zealand, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Pakistan before concluding the league phase with a contest against Australia on 25 October.

Ahead of the global showpiece, South Africa will tour Pakistan for three One-Day Internationals on 16, 19 and 22 September in Lahore.
