Niel Els from the Turnberry Boutique Hotel in Oudtshoorn was named Skål Ambassador of 2019 at the 80th Annual Skål International World Congress held last week on the Royal Carib-bean’s Symphony of the Seas Cruise Ship, hosted by Skål Miami in the USA. Skål is an international organisation of tourism leaders promoting tourism and friendship worldwide.
