No power? No problem at museum

THE CP Nel Museum has installed a back-up generator to ensure it’s business as usual during periods of load-shedding. Last year, during the KKNK, the museum had to close its doors when load-shedding occurred
According to the museum manager, Moses Mthethwa, it’s essential that the museum is open for visitors during this popular festival, taking place from 23 to 29 March this year.

He added the security cameras and alarm system failed during blackouts at night, which further necessitated the installation of a generator.
