The Water Institute of South Africa awarded the Greater Oudtshoorn Municipality with a Recognition of Excellence for enhancing and and improving the water care at the municipal waste water treatment plant. With the trophy is the Director Technical Services of the Oudtshoorn Municipality, Chris Koch.
