Badgers selects strong Hub team

THE Six Gun Grill Garden Route Badgers will send a strong team to the Cricket SA National Hub Challenge which will be hosted in George between 27-31 March 2024.

The team, which will be coached by the experienced Elridge Booysen, who was selected from the Thembalethu- (George), Rosemoore- (George), Bridgton- (Oudtshoorn) and D’Almeida (Mossel Bay) Hubs. The SA Colts player of 2023, Enathi Kitshini will captain the team.

The Garden Route Badgers, Western Province, Boland, Eastern Province and Border, Northern Cape and Free State will participate in this tournament.

(Bridgton Secondary School), Keano Coericuis (Vice-Captain; Bridgton Secondary School), Josh Karelse (Protea High School), Shirwin Plaatjies (Aurial College), Lastio Williams (Aurial College), Jaywinn Golaith (Bridgton Secondary School).

Keanu Witbooi (Sao Bras High School), Joshua Diamond (Sao Bras High School), Kurt Botha (George High School).

The head coach is Elridge Booysen and the assistant coach is Angus Roelfse.
